Report it to ebay as an illegal bootleg of your 
property to ebay and have them try to pull it.  I 
know other fancel artists have emailed them 
nicely suggesting that they mark them more 
clearly as fancels, especially in the title, and 
only recently after much badgering by many people 
and a few pulled auctions did they comply.  And 
the first few people to suggest it rather nicely 
got very nasty emails in return, may I add.  

Sorry, this would be one of the 'bad' fancel 
artists...
