Well...Disney can persecute out the ass here, 
especially on E-bay since it's in the USA.  And 
since Disney has reps set all over the 
world...They can police all over the world, no 
matter what language barrier.

They created something.  They have the ABSOLUTE 
RIGHT to do WHAT EVER they want with it.  Even if 
it means telling everyone who wants to try to 
copy them they'll get sued...etc.  That is THEIR 
RIGHT.

Anime is made in Japan.  Now, you don't see those 
companies set up all over the world like 
Disney...So they CAN NOT police like Disney.  

All it takes is someone with contacts to raise a 
stink in the anime industry, and set out to take 
everyone down...Just like Disney is doing...And 
not only Disney...

This happens a lot in the art industry,,,Wether 
you be a painter, novelist, or musician.  It 
happens in all the fields.

If someone can't afford that $1500 Belldandy 
cel...You know what?  If they want it bad 
enough...They'll SAVE for it.  

Lots of people are like..."I want it now...I'm so 
used to things getting handed to me...I want 
it...I don't want to have to be patient and work 
for it..."

And if they want a fancel...You and the fan cel 
artist run the risk of having the industry and 
the cel community at large trampling on your toes 
if you overstep the inlaid bounds.  The main 
one...Not askig permission to use someone's cel 
in their gallery to be painted as a fan cel.

Learn the rules.  Play by the rules.  And one 
day...heh...You may be the one making the rules.
