There was a wishlist "cel" that came up, and I
e-mailed Mandarake asking them if it was, indeed,
an "original production cel", and they e-mailed me
back saying that they guaranteed it was.  So, $350
and 1 month later, I was told (by a fellow board
member), that the cel was just a repro and nnot real.

I immediately contacted Mandarake, and it took
about 5 days before they actually replied.  I sent
the cel back to them and it took almost 4 weeks
after that to get my Paypal refund (MINUS ALL THE
EXPENSES!!).  I was royally pissed off aobut this
and this happened on Christmas day last year.

The good thing was that they actually pulled
through and gave me the refund.  The bad thing is
that it was like pulling teeth.  Go ahead and
start filing the claim with Paypal (show them you
are seriously pissed) and e-mail them saying what
you got.  They should eventually try to resolve
something with you.  If not, then you have Paypal
and your credit card company to fall back on.
