Im very sorry, and sympathetic, that you had 
such a poor experiance with Mandarake the first 
time around. I have been dealing with Mandarake 
for a good two years now and have never had a 
problem with them, whats more on several 
occasions they went out of their way to make 
things easier for me which they really didnt 
have to do.

I do share the opinion of Remi that you really 
should post the auction link here as it would 
let us give you a better opinion of what to do, 
but if you do not want to that is enterily your 
choice. If the auction page really did not state 
that the sketches were copies, and if you 
couldnt tell they are from the pictures, they I 
would contact Mandarake and talk to them about 
it. In the past where there have been 
circumstances of fake cels or incorrectly 
described cels being sold they have always, to 
my knowlage, refunded the money. If they will 
not want to refund you however, Im sure that 
they would get you in touch with the next 
highest bidders (well depending on how polite 
you are to them I guess), and you may be able to 
resell the sketches to them for a slightly lower 
price.
