To answer all your questions once and for all... 

It was not a setti, it was a photo copy of a 
genga/ or douga that was used by the head 
animator. We both have/had setti, and we know the 
diffrence between a setti and a genga. Some one 
tipped us off that the copies that have red ink 
on them were actually used by the animator for 
whatever purposes. And while it may be 
worthwhile, she decided against keeping it.
