Nuriko, isn't he usually overpriced? The one 
currently on eBay for $500, reserve not yet met, 
oh please... bet some people will even expect at 
least $80 only the tip of his damned braid? I 
love him, but just because he died early doesn't 
mean he's worth a fortune. Pure abuse meant to 
make profit. When a cel of him is worth $100, 
people will ask $150, and so on. 

I also know the Animegame one, which I, FYI, 
found AFTER I started at my own repro of that 
scene, cuz I heard, people are demonizing me 
again...

Let's see.
-He's pretty
-he's strong
-he's gay
-he's cute and funny (and violent as hell)
-he's always there for you
-you get attached to him
-he dies an early, heroic and tragic death.

Okay, this made his fans, this made his prices. 
But there are anime characters of equally popular 
shows that fulfill those criteria as well, but 
cheaper.

I as a fan of him, as much as I adore him, and as 
much as I cry at each of his after-33-
appearances, I usually do not cry at his eBay 
appearances. Because his cels are not superior to 
others', not really. Something makes them.

I sold a FANCEL of him for $76. And actually I 
did better jobs. But, the label is "Nuriko who is 
dead".

Tasuki is, as far as I know, as much or more 
popular than Nuriko is - and half as expensive. 
And don't tell me, it's because all kids cry 
about that freakish face...

His death is what makes him so high-priced, isn't 
it? Well, he'd be tossing about in his grave if 
he knew.
