I was recently selling off some cels to help pay 
for vet bills for my kitty (and those of you 
keeping up with the story, we STILL don't know 
what's wrong with him).  One of them was what I 
thought was a nice cel of Tamahome from FY that 
sold for wayyyyy less than I paid for it (and 
less then I would have listed it for sale on my 
web site).  I email the winning bidder and let 
her know how much shipping and everything is 
going to be, ask her to email me back and let me 
know how she is going to pay - I get nothing.  So 
I do the payment reminder from ebay.  She emails 
me and tells me she is going to pay me by Paypal 
by X date.  When X date arrives she says she is 
going to pay me by Y date.  I emailed her back, 
said if I didn't have payment by Z date, I was 
filing non paying bidder.

I also had someone offer on one of my sailor moon 
cels that never followed through with the 
transaction (which would have REALLY helped with 
the vet bills).

And don't even get me started on the ebay seller 
that is the source of my only neg. feedbacks...
