Would that be legal to do? Wouldn't the person be 
able to sue you for some reason since you are NOT 
a business or dealer? Slander? Defamation of 
character?

Something just sounds very illegal to that... 
even though that's shitty to back out of a sale 
so rudely.

I've had plenty of dead beat buyers, so that's 
why I try to do all my dealings through ebay to 
protect me legally. Since it would be a "binding" 
contract.
