I found this searching the help info at evilbay,
seems they believe they have the right to
regulate what you post on seperate sites.
Personally, I don't agree whatsoever. It seems as
if evilbay just doesn't want people recording and
making it public record details of failed
transactions and/or contact information of the
deadbeats (i.e. your own personal blacklist).

It is a violation of eBay policy to publish the
contact information of another eBay member on any
online public area. If you experience such a
violation of our policy, please report it using
the Customer Support link at the bottom of this
page. When contacting us, please make sure to
send a copy of the post with the subject line.
Disciplinary action as the result of publishing
another Member's contact information may result
in the indefinite suspension of a eBay member's
account, temporary suspension, or a formal
warning. eBay will consider the circumstances of
an alleged offense and the user's trading records
before taking action.
