This is crazy but I respect this dealers fighting 
attitude. I did not post his closing to pick on 
him. I did it because when he refused to give a 
refund for inadedequate insurance I said I would 
go after him and people laughed saying 
impossible. I did not want other dealers reading 
this and thinking they are invincible. I did what 
I said I would and that is that. As far as him 
saying that he had agreed to shut down during his 
sale that is kind of funny seeing how he was just 
planning an update. Now I am glad I didn't let 
him go through with his update. If this is fake 
then Nick can end it all by going ahead with his 
update and ending all dought. He knows that if he 
does that he will be in breach of contract and 
will owe alot of money. I ensure you all this is 
my last post. This is issue is closed and there 
is no point in me posting again ever so all 
replys after this are fake. Everyone can do what 
they want now including copying my name with fake 
posts and being angry at me, but what is 
important here is not what everyone posts, the 
only thing that is important is the settlement I 
hold with this dealer.
