I would like to let all cel collectors know that 
there are outlets to take if a dealer takes 
advantage of you. Recently a collector had been 
taken advantage by a well respected cel 
collector. Due to this collectors status amoung 
cel dealers nobody wanted to help and it looked 
hopeless for her. I as a cel collector and a 
legal attorney at law decided to help. The end 
result was that after some investigating into the 
business some dirt started to appear under the 
carpet of this business. I ended up settling out 
of court with the dealer and the dealer agreed to 
end their cel selling business. This was a fair 
compromise since the business was found to be in 
wrong doing of several laws. This business can 
still operate as a deputy service but they are no 
longer will be allowed to sell cels and therefore 
can not cheat collectors. I want to let any cel 
collector know that there is help if a dealer 
takes advantage of you. You can contact an 
attorney and things will get done. This is a 
glorious day for just has been served and a 
warning has been issued to all dealers no matter 
who they are that cel collectors are to be dealt 
with fairly.
