Hmm, I don't think pedophelia is quite that 
prevelant, a little girl having a crush on her 
sister's beau is pretty common. In sailor moon, 
Usagi is only 14-16, hardly of an age to be 
Chibiusa's mother- Mamo chan isn't really old 
enough to be her father- it's more like a sister-
sister relationship than mother daughter, and he 
never does anything inappropriate to her.  In 
Card Captor Sakura, Sakura has a crush on her old 
brother's best friend Yue, but he never does 
anything untoward to her either.  
Perhaps it is because I watch more shoujo anime, 
and it is not of the same tone as the anime you 
watch.  In addition, some of the anime you 
mention is very old, and I think attitudes could 
have changed some between the time they came out 
and more of the anime that is popular now.
