Here is my question:

Do you find it normal to spend $500 or so for a 
TEST cel ? It doesn't make sense to me, as TEST 
cels can't be seen in their respective show. On 
top of that most of time they are not fully 
painted.

To me, they are nothing more than fancels and 
should only cost a few dollars. And also, since 
they don't appear anywhere, they might have been 
made by anyone, there's no way to check.

What do you think ?
