I can understand what you mean by being
predisposed to fat increase or low metabolism
rate to burn fat(cells research on going..) But,
you can agree (I think) that, it is not healthy
to be too fat to the point of obesity. This has
nothing to do with personality. Most of the round
people that I know are quite interesting (Santa
Claus for example :-) And that has nothing to do
with their size, but with their hearts. But
everyone is on a case by case basis with me
anyway.
But "tough love" dictates that if I see someone
in pain, and I know that there is a way for them
to get out of that situation, knowingly or not, I
will say something. I guess I'd temporary make
some enemies, but later if they mature they can
point to the fact that it was good for them for
me to say or do so, if it provided them with
motivation for change. I'd hate to visit them in
the hospital later on with diabetes,
hypertension, or worse, because they couldn't get
weight relief and I just stood around and let
them get that way without opening my mouth about
it.
