That pic you linked to is Man-Faye - a cosplayer 
that the majority of other cosplayers don't want 
to look long at (he is kinda like worst of the 
worst).  Most cosplayers are just having fun - 
some may not be supermodel material but so what.  
I saw go ahead to a con, there will only be a few 
cosplayers crossing the line into painful or lewd.
