Well, I don't see all that many 'let it all hang 
out' costumes at anime cons.  If you want to see 
stuff like that, try DragonCon or Fantasm - then 
anime cons seem like at pretty conservative 
dressed bunch.  I am trying to decide what I can 
post online of my DragonCon pics - last year the 
Dawn in pasties I allowed but the Dawn just in 
paint this year probably will not. So take an 
amime con sailor scout costume against Dragon Con 
pasties and g-strings or overflowing corsets, I 
would much rather see the sailor scout.
