here you go, Ya Hiroshi!

In case you ever wondered where all the really fat
Japanese people were hiding: they're in Hokkaido,
apparently, according to the People's Daily:
"Hiroshi Kato (26), who was born in Hokkaido and
used to weigh 290 kg (639lb), has received
weight-loss treatment at the Tianjin Aimin Fat
Reduction Hospital since late August. With an
expansive treatment plan that includes Chinese
medicine, acupuncture, physical activity,
nutritional guidance and psychological therapy,
Kato has succeeded in taking off 105 kg (231lb) in
four months."
Tianjin Aimin is apparently a hot place [in
English, with gross photo] to go if you're fat and
have the $480/mo necessary to do something about
it. Still got your appetite? Then take a tour
through the mighty metal supports of The 900 Club,
someplace Kato regrettably came nowhere near
qualifying for |
