I know as a director of an anime con, we were 
considering con badges consisting of soap on a 
rope one year.  And Anime Central has their got 
soap shirts for a reason.

Last year we hosted our con during the summer.  
One of the airconditioners broke in the main 
area.  Still didn't have overwhelming con funk in 
the main area even though had to resort to fans.  
No, con funk raised its ugly head in the 
videogaming area that had its own airconditioner. 

At least next year our con is scheduled for 
spring.
