Hmmm, good question. In general, I don't think so. I think the
main concept of A level cels is "portrait" mode - 1 character,
shoulders up.

I believe pan cels (the weird oversize variety) are special
cels that don't fall into the usual ABC categorization
scheme (other "special cels" would include OP/ED cels,
eyecatches, tomei, Yann's hanken mono collection ^_-, etc.).
