Too zoomed out ? It would actualy be better if it was
a little more zoomed out so that the top of his hairs
wasn't cut...

It's a pretty good cel and based on purely technical
criteria, it's a grade A. (front, close-up, eyes open...).
But for my taste, it's lacking of something : it's the kind
of photo you would put on your passport. Not in a pressbook :)
That's why I find this grading stuff mostly useless :
people (ab)using it often consider only the technical value
and not the artistic value of the picture. (because it's
easier, less subjectif). But to have a good picture, you
need more than a front close-up eyes open. (Passport-photo
machine are not especialy renown as good photographer :)
On another side, eyes closed can also be very good if
it's used to express to right feeling. For example :
