As far as I'm concerned hanken mono are a COMPLETELY different
breed of cels! STOPPIT already, most of us are already very
jealous of your collection! @_@x
But let me clarify my original post - I'm not hung up on the
ABC's, although I definitely take that into consideration when
looking at prices and cel source (geez, $75 for a BC grade cel
of [a common character]?), and it's something I feel collectors
should at least be familiar with from the Japanese perspective
to get a feel about prices and the like - the concept of "value."
My two favorites, not including my A grades, are of Tenchi in
the first OAV episode when he's completely squished to hell when
Ryoko causes the gas explosion, and another cel of [can't
remember her name] the lady cafe-owner in Hyper Police when
she's *totally* pissed off. Very cute. :P |
