First of all, thanks for answering my questions! 
I see where some of you are coming from, and it 
does make sense. 

I still think that a dealer have a better chance 
on sell a same sequenced cel than individuals, 
sometimes even charging more. Look at the RK 
Sojirou OP cel on Animegame comparing to the one 
on Ebay for an example. I'm not saying 
Animegame's is overpriced or the one on Ebay is 
under-priced. Just thought that the one on Ebay 
will go first considering they were both posted 
on the same day, or at least the "buy it now" 
will be used after the Animegame's cel was sold.
