Why is it that when an individual is trying to 
sell cels, for example on eBay, it's so hard to 
get what you paid for it? But knowing the fact 
that this exact same cel will sell for multiple 
times as much on a dealer's site. And people are 
happy to buy it, sometimes even fight over the 
newly updated cels. This just don't make sense to 
me! Does reselling by individuals automatically 
makes the cel worth less or something?
