If you don't get an offer that you *really* like, 
but sell the cel anyway because it seems like the 
thing to do, only to regret it later - that's a 
*lousy* situation to have to be in!

I also would rather put a price on a cel and have 
it not sell, than get all kinds of offers under 
what I'm looking for and feel I HAVE to sell to 
one of them. o_0;
