To get the most he can for the cel.  If he was 
trying to sell it to a devoted fan he would have 
them write him emails about how much they want 
it, like some realty companies are doing now.  If 
you want a house bad, you should probably write 
the person selling a letter telling them of your 
interests and why you liked the house, it is very 
common today and does work - mom's knowledge - 
but anyways.  Why doesn't anyone ever think of 
the seller.  The meaning of auction is to sell to 
the highest bidder, or to earn some cash quick.  
An auction isn't meant for anything else but 
that.  If you are outbid that just means someone 
wanted it more than you.  You can't bully people 
around and yell at them just because you are 
unable to emass the the funds necessary for cel 
transactions.  If you can't handle being outbid, 
either only buy from dealers sites, or get out of 
this hobby because obviously you can't handle 
it.  I mean would a person who doesn't have legs 
run in a marothon.  Not unless he wanted to run 
on his hands.  He can't handle the situation so 
he shouldn't participate, these people who get 
angry because they didn't have enough money to be 
the top bid are just penny pinchers - to bring 
out an old cliche. blah, blah, blah ,blah blah
