Hmmm... I agree with a lot that was said already. 
I never had this happen with a cel, but it did 
happen with an FY artbook. The other bidder 
emailed me qutie a nasty letter which consisted 
mostly of cussing me out. I was tempted to report 
them to ebay since they used the ebay mailing 
system to contact me, but later decided it really 
wasn't worth the effort. Complaining or 
responding will probably never change these 
people anyways. Unfortunately, many people seem 
to feel entitled to get whatever they want. If 
they don't get it, then they look for someone to 
blame.
