Way back, when I was much newer to the hobby and
still considered eBay one of the best places to
find cels... heh.

It wasn't exactly an angry letter, but it was
quite pathetic and I'm sure rather snotty, as I'd
just lost yet another auction for a specific
character to somebody who sniped it in the last
few seconds.  I was ticked -- she had tons of cels
of that character, and I had none.  And I let my
emotions get the better of me for just long enough
to write my pathetic, snotty email.  *sheepish grin*

Of course, I'm now incredibly glad that I DID send
that letter, since it netted me something far more
important than any cel -- after chatting with the
other bidder about how much we had in common by
liking the same characters and shows, and sharing
a hobby, and enjoying old videogames, and so on
and so on, I made a wonderful, true friend who I
believe will be kept for life even if neither of
us ever collects another cel.

But hey, just for the record, let me tell her in
public... sorry about that snotty letter, Laura!
