I would prefer just dealing with it.  I have been 
selling on Ebay for almost 7 years now and I have 
had SO many of those issues.  But, it is more of a 
headache to have to file the NPB than to just sell 
it to them (add a bit more of a handling fee for 
your trouble and time if that would compensate
