Maybe he just wanted the cels too much. You 
know, as I'm also living in Europe, sometimes it 
fristrates me a lot when I see "ships only in 
the US".
Ok, I allways ask, but sometimes temptation is 
strong...
The most important thing is that guy pays you 
the right amount for the cels. Be patient with 
him (and NO, it wasn't me ^_~)
