Well, obviously you are wrong for nearly all the 
auctions I took part on Yahoo Japan :) In fact,
many sellers started to write that they accept 
international order after I won one of their 
auction and explained them how to ship... And I
am certainly not the only case : I know many 
people that don't use a debuty service.
