I'm not saying that every single seller did mean
to put that when it's there. I said it's wrong to
assume they don't mean it. . . If you **ASK** in
advance and the seller says "sure, no problem"
then that's a different story. But if you just
assume they don't mean it, and bid without asking
in advance -- I'm sorry, but I'll always think
doing that is wrong.
*After* you've won an item is NOT the time to be
saying: "Oh by the way, you can either ship
internationally -- or go through the hassle of
relisting your item and sucking up the final
value fees and risking bad feedback from me."
Obviously, the second half of that is unspoken,
but is always implied when an international
bidder wins a *non*-international auction.
