I dont ship internationally either..and It is 
very clearly marked on all auctions..mostly 
because of my very  first auction 

Once upon a time  I had no idea how to ship 
anything to anywhere but japan..or canada and I 
didn't want to get myself into trouble..so I 
made sure it said US and canada only

The first auction was won by a very nice girl 
who lived in italy and she was just wild about 
the cels..They didn't get but 10.00 total. She 
says she lives in italy but she really loves 
those cels they are her favorite characters in 
the whole world and she would love to own them.
 
  I go to mail the cels and the shipping cost is 
28.00 at the cheapest rate.
  I email and explain that the cels shipping is 
very expensive and how much it was. She was so 
very disappointed and asked if I could find a 
cheaper rate. There wasn't a cheaper rate that I 
could find and I really looked. She said she 
would send eight dollars shipping. 
    Im an idiot, because she really liked those 
cels, you know...and even though I said I wasn't 
going to ship internationally, I agreed to let 
her pay 8.00 shipping. (completely my own fault)
   and I payed the other 20.00 because there 
really wasnt a cheaper rate out there.

so I paid someone to get my cels.. and 
considering I paid 10.00 a cel originally...and 
paid 60 cents for the auction listing and then 
only won 10.00 total, I basically bought them 
all over again to send them out.

so now its very clearly marked that I will not 
ship internationally, it has nothing to do with 
not trusting foriegn buyers but everything to do 
with the fact that I really just dont want the 
hassle. 

Im sorry about that though I completely 
understand your frustration...
