How is it that there are sooo many Ebayers who 
don't READ???  As you may (or may not) know, I'm 
selling a bunch of my cels (partly b/c these are 
cels I can do without and mostly b/c I need the 
$$$ until my pay checks start coming in or I get 
through the house closing).

Anyway, two of my auctions were won by the same 
person.  In all my current auctions it clearly 
states (both in the Ebay shipping lines and in my 
own text) that I ONLY ship to US address.  The 
auctions end, I sent out invoices and then this 
person emails and asks how much shipping is to 
Europe.  Huh?  If you live in Europe and the 
auction says "ships only to the US", why did you 
bid?  Better yet, why didn't you email and ask???
