I don't know which outlet you are talking about, 
the USA one or the Japan one? Personaly I haven't 
buy anything from the USA Mandarake store, coz 
they never reply my order mail! (though it's a 
year before, but I still remember!! I try a whole 
week to send mail to them-on average, I sent 10 
mails!) And the result is--one of my DREAM CEL 
was sold!!!!! >_<

Besides, nowadays, when I check from their 
site....those cel they got ....somehow, 
their "notes" on the cels made me wonder if it's 
their problem to keep cels? because many Gundam 
Wing cels in their on-line store got a bit damage
(or other little problem), I really think not so 
comfortable to buy any cels from them afterwards.

But, I'd bought some Gundam Wing cels directly 
from their Japan on-line store before.(They 
accept credit card payment too)
Their services are on average on my point, not 
very good, but not so bad.

Here's the details why I got such opinion:

The first time I use English to send my order, 
they reply my e-mail with 24 hours. However, for 
the second time, when I use English in my order 
from, they tskr sbout 3 days to reply my 
mail.....guess they really need to hire somebody 
know English better if they really want to deal 
with oversea customers. And take a couple more 
days to process my order........so, I learn a 
lesson--use Japanese to communicate with Japanese 
cel dealer!!

Besides, the Japanese Store use EMS to sent the 
cels, I think it's better then use UPS.....(I'm 
EMS supporter!)
