I've had very few instances of poor service, but
when it does happen, it really disappoints me.
I'm sure some of you will remember a deal that
went down last Feburary and still has not been
resolved. The dealer that I ordered from keeps
convienently leaving town and doesn't respond to
me in a respectful amount of time. I figure, it
was his fault that the whole mistake happened in
the first place, therefore, he should be taking
every measure he possibly could to right the
situation, of which he has come nowhere near
hitting that mark. Just thinking about this
again makes me want to send another email to them
and see what they say. "Oh, I'm sorry I'm out of
the country again." is what I expect to hear
back. lol I don't like to be rude to people
like that, but at this point, I've pretty much
lost all of my patience. If somebody is going to
take on the responsibility of running a company,
then that also means taking care of your
customers. I do believe that customers come
first, but what I believe doesn't mean that other
people believe the same. It's really quite a
shame and I certainly hope that the majority of
dealers think of their customers as more of a
valuable part of their business than this. =P
