Since February???? That is beyond ridiculous! I 
would think that either a businessman/woman would 
either have to be doing something deliberately to 
avoid resolving a situation in that amount of 
time or have to be clinically retarded. 
 I don't know the situation but I feel for you! 
That really is such a shame and for both parties. 
For you and your wasted time. For them because 
they're not giving the service they could be and 
therefore losing potential future business.
