Hello,

Well, I'd thought I would share a lovely little
incident that just happened to me.

I won an auction about two weeks ago and sent a
prompt Paypal payment within 3 days to the seller
(who happens to be a large Japanese company that
has a US division). At this beginning of this
week I emailed asking them if my cel was mailed.
The reply was that it was sent out last Friday
via UPS (gee that explains the sudden $20
shipping cost). I tracked the package and it's
estimated deliver was today 9-11. I'm thinking
great, it'll perk my day up (I knew people who
died in the towers last year). I get home and no
package, no note from UPS. So I track again.
Apparently the people at this sellers company
NEGLECTED to put my apartment number on the
package, inspite of the fact that I sent them one
and Ebay sent them one when I requested at
total.

So I email the seller trying to get some help and
find out what happened. I calmly wait for a
reply. The reply? It was just sorry we forgot
to put it on the package. Huh? Like what are
you going to do about it. The answer? Nothing,
it's your problem. What???? So I spent about a
half hour trying to get UPS to redeliver my
package.

So this is just a warning to all. I know you've
heard rumors about this place before. How they
have 'fake' cels. How Anime Link seems to think
they have some of their stolen Vampire D cels.
Well when they also forget to add your apt number
they won't give you any help. They take your $$$
and the rest is YOUR problem. I'm not sure what
would happen if -I- hadn't caught this. I'd
probably be out both $$$ and the cel.

So if you want to know who I'm talking about just
give me an email. I'd be happy to share.
