For starters this company is out of the US and
the cel is not being shipped from Japan. And
certainly when I mail out something overseas I
write it EXACTLY as it was presented to me.
Second of all, I live in a 14th century house
with 15 apartments. There is no "leasing office."
Thirdly, this seller didn't bother trying to
resolve the problem. I got a 'yeah, it was our
mistake you deal with the problem.'
Tell me when you by something from any other
dealer (like Amazon.com or other mail order
company) when you have a problem what do you do?
You call the company and expect for them to help
you out, right?
Well this seller (who is part of a company) did
nothing. I got a 'sorry, your problem' and then
no further email communication. I now have a
package that is one delivery attempt away (if I
can't find a way to drive 4 TOWNS AWAY to UPS to
retrieve it) from being sent pack to sender. I
just got an email from another person who had an
incident with this company and the company
doesn't give refunds. So because of THEIR
mistake and THEIR policy of NO REFUNDS and NO
CUSTOMER SERVICE, I may end up being out of the
money I paid for the cel and I may end up with
out the cel.
So you've got to be kidding me when you say this
isn't so bad. If this were you, and you spent a
1/2 hour trying to deal with UPS, tried getting
help from the seller and getting nothing, now
faced with trying to track down a package that
COULD have been delivered a week ago via USPS,
you'd probably have different feelings. So get
real. |
