UPS told me that technically I'm not their 
customer that the sender is.  So i have just 
about as much rights in this as my cat does.  
I've finally given up trying to have it 
delivered.  After my 30 min conversation on Wed 
with UPS and the promise that a delivery attempt 
would be made today, I've got nothing.  No 
package and no sticky info paper.  So I called 
back TWICE tonight and was told they'd hold if 
for me to pick up.  With tracking numbers and 
some ID.  Of course they have to have the local 
place call me Monday morning (glad I don't have 
work then) so I can go travel 30+min away to 
retrieve my package.
