I havent had the misfortune of dealing with any 
bad places.  I've heard so many stories though.  
I tend to stay away from places I havent dealt 
with before.  Most of the dealers that get the 
cels I want are very reputable.  I've gone out on 
a limb a couple of times and ordered from obscure 
shops, and so far so good!  

I think for a dealer to go the extra mile to help 
you out is the true mark of a good business.  
I've had a few dealers help me, and I will always 
remember them for it ^_^. There's only a few 
shops I can think of right off the top of my head 
that I have heard a lot of bad things about..so 
unless they get a dreamcel of mine, I wont be 
dealing with them.  Sorry you had that happen, 
it's good that you were on the ball!
