UPS should be able to redirect the package to an 
alternative location.  I always have to do this 
when someone sends something to my apartment 
since of course I'm not there when UPS tries.

I haven't really kind things to say 
about "Brown"; it sometimes takes two times to 
get them to actually redirect the package, but 
eventually it does get to me.  I'd recommend 
trying this route.
