Hey sister, I feel your pain!  I just want to 
offer you some consolation--whatever your rating 
says, your gallery is terrific!  

And ditto on what everyone else has already 
said.  Lots of people are too dense to give a 
high rating for a gallery of shows they don't 
collect.  And still others are going to rate 
quantity vs. quality--which I think is equally 
ridiculous.  

If it makes you feel any better, ever since I 
opened the rating system on my Rubberslug 
gallery, the numbers have been steadily trending 
down.  For example, I seem to get the lowest 
marks on presentation...but who cares?  I like 
web design to be simple.  I'm there for the 
cels!  I don't want to wade through tons of jpgs 
that everyone has seen before just to get to the 
important stuff, and since it's my gallery, 
that's the way it's going to stay!  

And anyway, everyone likes something different, 
so it's going to be impossible to please 
everyone all the time.

Don't worry about what other people rate your 
gallery, because it's awesome--and you should be 
designing it to please only one person:  YOU.  
Everyone else is just a visitor who is granted a 
glimpse of your collection.

Anyway, I always really enjoy browsing through 
your gallery.  (I think this was my third time 
just in the last week!)  Thanks for sharing your 
collection!  And by the way, I gave you all 
10s.  ^_^
