That is true.  Also there is a factor that the 
site really only works the best with IE.  When I 
brought my last setup up in an old version of 
netscape that I use to test with sometimes - my 
blue setup just didn't work well with it as 
netscape wanted to make links blue and purple, 
text black, etc - totally blended in.  Had to go 
to a lighter non-blue color background to work in 
older netscape browsers.
