Yeah, I seriously need someone  to do the 
HTML  stuff because I'm a complete beginner. 
I know the "blink" tag . . .  

I agree about protection on a public site. But it 
can be pretty basic to begin with. 

I can either get a URL through cels.org or just 
use the webspace I just got at Stormloader 
(who seem okay so far). Well or Freeservers 
would work, they're a good service and then 
no one would have to do heavy duty stuff since 
they have decent templates. Although I already 
have two sites through them and you're only 
allowed to have one with a certain theme; one 
of my sites is for my manga so I think there's 
overlap. I don't want them to dump my site!
