Yes, I had thought of that too. I think it's an 
excellent idea. Even if this person may not 
have cheated people out of money (though 
certainly if he had auctions and then cancelled  
that was cheating people of their time and 
energy) there must be people who have. I 
think there really ought to be some kind of 
resource for people to check up on a seller 
using something other than the feedback 
listings, because if they go and change their 
user ID most people would have no idea. 

For example I haven't been using Yahoo and 
eBay to get cels for long and a lot of times I 
think there's something suspicious about a 
seller but have no way to check - save posting 
here of course! 

And yeah, I'm very impressed by the folks 
here!
