Actually I wrote just such a guide for a friend of 
mine who's a little gullible when it comes to 
using eBay (it's pretty extensive). I don't have 
the file with me (on my other computer) but I 
can post it online and and put up a link here in 
about two weeks. That way you can all look at 
it and everyone can make suggestions, 
corrections, and additions - since I'm sure 
there's something I missed. I'm not an expert 
after all! Not until I get into triple digits with that 
little number by my ID  . . . 

We would most definitely have to make sure to 
verify that they really were scams. And of 
course be careful to put disclaimers up to help 
cover any legal issues. 

I'd love to work on this project  . . . who else is 
interested? Not very good at HTML I'm afraid. 
So if someone can do the site design and 
then everyone who follows the auctions can 
lend info when they have a chance  . . .
