fancels aside this guy is guilty of intent to 
commit fraud at least. Instead of bidding games 
why don't the real owners of the cels he tried to 
sell on ebay get together and call the police or 
whatever or he'll just go to some other genre and 
try this again. Just a thought if you guys are 
really serious about stopping this or its time
