Since I am, for all intents and purposes, babysitting Taro
(a.k.a. waiting for an update) I might as well use up my
time in a constructive(?)manner... 

1) How long have you been collecting cels? 

A little over a year.

2) How much do you spend on cels per month? (Average)

In the blessed first few months, about $50.
(If we take into accounts months were I bought nothing)
Now? I don't want to think about it. 
Some months between $300-$500. Easy.

3) What is your favorite cel? (Post pic)

It's not my best cel (or my favorite character) but I love
it. In my case, favorite cels are the ones that I
can place in the anime, and this scene was rather unique 
in GW. (Plus it's a key master setup. No cel without 
background could be my favorite)

4) Assuming you buy cels off the internet - 
what is your favorite site to buy them from

Ah! Here I have to mention this incredible epic love-hate
relationship I have with Taro.
I love the site because you know if a cel is available or
not right away (instead of stressing for days and checking
your e-mail all the time) and because it updates often
with great cels BUT...
we have a little bit of a synchro problem.
I swear Stephen has a spy in my apartment building. Each 
time I go out late and crash away from home (like, for 
example, yesterday)Taro updates with GW cels. Frustration!

And then there are the nights spent waiting for an update.

5a) Do you concentrate on specific characters or 
series or both? 

Both.

b) If you collect for a series, do you go through 
the trouble of finding at least one cel per character? 

I would be broke if I did (even with my software engineer
salary). So I limit myself to a pre-ordained number of
characters.

6) Have you ever purchased a cel from EBay or Yahoo 
or some other auction site? 

Quite a few. You can sometimes get good deals there.
And you can sometimes pay WAY too much for a cel you love.

7) Do you have family members who also appreciate cels? 

They will look at them say they are pretty and then I have
to manage to keep their minds occupied so that they will
not ask for the price. ^^;

8) Do you have friends who appreciate cels? 

They pretend to because they have no choice but to hear me
ramble about Taro updates every morning.:P

Maybe I should give up and go to bed...
Naw... I'll check out Taro one more time.
