If a fan spends a whole summer copying a cel, I think he'd
deserve full production value for the cel! I'd pay it! ^_^
I wouldn't worry about fans copying one cel every few
months. That's not going to hurt anyone. It's never
going to be cost effective for such a fan to set up a fake
cel business. I'm more worried about copies that
professionals can produce, quickly and in quantity.
