No, no : To make the picture that is in the manga (On
the japanese version, it's not the cover picture but
one of the add-on pinup inside the manga), they made
a cel : that's the original hanken.

What CPM is selling (and what Ed sold), is a copy of
the hanken made based either on the hanken itself
(it isn't the case : they don't have it) or from the
picture in the manga. (Ie: You take a picture that you
like, re-draw it and paint it in the same way as a cel.)
